MANUFACTURE-LEVEL DIAGNOSTICS FOR MERCEDES BENZ:
You want to keep driving it as long as you can, right? There are few things your BENZ will require of you to maintain its longevity then — changing your oil, replace electric brake pads, and throttle relearn tasks. But one thing that does the most to ensure your car will run smoothly is taking care of your BENZ’s battery. The BZ700 registers the battery and checks the battery voltage to ensure your car doesn't break down on the road.

  • Engine System: It supports full modes OBDII functions. Easily identify car problems and turn off engine lights. Help you pass emissions test and keep your car in best condition. Save gas and improve performance.

  • Transmission System: It can help before transmission problems become a big hassle. That's because most trouble codes come from your vehicle's transmission. With a transmission diagnostic tool, you can get a fault code if there is one.

  • Airbag System: The SRS (Supplemental Restraint System) is a device that deploys the airbag to protect the passenger before the second collision occurs. The BZ700 OBD2 scanner can read/clear the code and turn off the airbag warning light.

  • ABS System: ABS automatically controls the braking force of the brake when the car brakes, so that the wheels do not lock and enter the state of edge rolling slip (slip rate is about 20%) to ensure the maximum grip between wheels and ground.

  • Battery Matching System: The BZ700 allows the scan tool to evaluate the battery charge level, monitor the short circuit current, register the battery change, activate the vehicle hibernation mode and charge the battery via the diagnostic socket.

  • TPMS System: Makes sense in displaying sensor IDs from the vehicle's ECU, inputting TPMS sensor replacement IDs and testing sensors.

  • Steering Angle Sensor (SAS) System: Calibrates the steering wheel to straight ahead, or recalibrates SAS while steering part replacement.

  • A/C (Air Conditioner) System: this function supports routine maintenance of air condition modules, for example, air conditioning system adaption reset, rese air conditioning compressor, run in air conditioning compressor, stepper motor initialization.

MANUFACTURER-LEVEL DIAGNOSTICS FOR MERCEDES -BENZ VEHICLE

  • Transmission adaptation : This function supports routine maintenance of transmission modules, for example, reset adaptation values, adjust the oil level.

  • Battery Registration : To put it simply, battery registration is a process of updating your vehicle with information that a brand new battery has been installed in your car.

  • Battery Voltage Test : Battery test allows you getting the voltage of battery with OBD port by the scan tool when the engine starts.

  • Throttle Relearn : Relearns the throttle valve control value while clear or replaces the throttle value.

  • ABS Bleeding : Release the air to restore ABS brake sensitivity, or relearn while ABS replaced.

  • TPMS Reset : Allows you to check the tire sensor IDs from the vehicle ECU and to perform TPMS reset after tires sensors are replaced or rotated.

  • EPB Reset : System maintenance deactivates and reactivates the EPB system for replacement and initialization.

  • SAS Reset : Allows you to perform adjustment of the steering angle sensor, which permanently stores the current steering wheel position as straight-ahead in the sensor. After calibrate sensor successfully, its fault memory will be automatically cleared.

  • Oil light Service Reset : Support service lamp reset, reset service mileage and service intervals.

FULL OBD LEVEL DIAGNOSTICS FOR ALL VEHICLE BRANDS

  • Read/Erase Codes : Read the fault code within 3 seconds and clear the pending fault code, and turn off the engine light.

  • Live Data Stream : Reads abundant live data stream and freeze frame data to monitor the operating status of the vehicle, including the status of the fuel system, engine coolant temperature, RPM and various sensor parameters.

  • Smog Check :The purpose of the readiness monitors is to test the emission control systems of the vehicle itself. The monitors are also known as emission monitors. Determine if your vehicle is ready for a smog test.

  • Evap System Test : The EVAP test function lets you initiate a leak test for the vehicle's EVAP system. Before using the system test function, refer to the vehicle's service repair manual to determine the procedures necessary to stop the test.

  • Vehicle Information : The option displays the vehicle identification number (VIN),the calibration verification number (CVN), and other information of the test vehicle.
